Reductil Bride Day 2...morning of day 3

Hi Crew
...well...I've jut woken up into day 3....i hardly slepts last night leaving me feeling so tired this morning I slept in until 10am...

I'm not sure if the lack of sleep is a sife effect or not but it is really annoying!!

Overall I am feeling fine...im still eating although i didnt have lunch untul 3pm yesterday because I wasnt really that hungry...having said that I went to see a movie and ate a box of pop corn haha.

I will keep you update....i havent weighed myself yet...

Reductil - Day 1 !!

Hi Everyeone

Well I started Reductil today.

I saw the GP this morning, I am 155cm tall (very short) and 72kg heavy...that is more than 10kg overweight!!

So he put me on Reductil, I am a bit nervous, I tookthe tablet about 30 mins ago and I don't know when to expect the side effects to start but I am feeling a bit nervous....

I will keep you all posted on my progress..My wedding is in 30 weeks (7 months)
